Return:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your goods to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@glowingpeptides.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Under what circumstances do we offer returns and refunds?
Incorrect product:
If you find that your order is incorrect, please contact us by email at info@glowingpeptides.com with photos of the incorrect product and we will provide you with a return label. As soon as the shipment can be tracked, we will send you a replacement product immediately.
Exchanges:
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us by email at info@glowingpeptides.com. We will process the exchange free of charge.
Change of mind:
A change of mind will not be accepted. No returns or refunds will be processed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only items at the regular price can be refunded; unfortunately, reduced items cannot be refunded.
