Return of peptides not possible
Our peptides and laboratory chemicals are intended exclusively for research purposes. In order to guarantee the integrity, sterility and safety of these products, it is unfortunately not possible to return them. After shipping, we cannot guarantee that a product still meets our high quality standards, which rules out resale.
Damaged delivery or customs problems
Did you receive an order that arrived damaged or did the package contain a broken bottle? Please contact us within 48 hours by e-mail or WhatsApp. Include clear photos of the packaging, the product and the damage. We offer replacements in the event of transport damage or problems at customs.
Conditions for damage claims
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging are required
- Products must be unused and in their original condition
- A return shipment can be requested for inspection
Shipping and refunds
In the event of shipping damage, the product will be reshipped. There is no revocation if the order is canceled within 48 hours. Cancellation is possible as long as the shipment has not yet been dispatched.
