Order processing

Orders received by 20:00 on working days are usually processed on the same day and handed over to the shipping service provider.
Orders placed after 20:00 and on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Europe-wide shipping: 1-9 days

We offer free shipping for all orders over €100,00 .

Germany: Orders under €100.00 will be shipped at a flat rate of €5.99 to.

Europe: Orders under €100.00 will be shipped at a flat rate of €9.99.

Shipping & packaging

Shipping is carried out by a reliable parcel service with track & trace.
After shipping, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link.

All orders are shipped in neutral and discreet packaging. There is no indication of the brand or contents on the packaging.

Responsibility & delivery instructions

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Glowing Peptides accepts no liability for delays in delivery or loss of consignments due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Shipping status:

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will immediately receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail with your tracking number.

If you do not receive the shipping confirmation immediately, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or delivery period you specified during the checkout process and assure you that we will deliver the items within this period.

Changes to the order:

Please inform us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that special designs and pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item not received:

If you have successfully placed an order and have not yet received it despite the delivery status, we recommend that you contact the courier service to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please send us an e-mail to info@glowingpeptides.com.
